1. Final Sale & Hygiene Policy

• Opened Products: All products that have been unsealed, opened, or used are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and safety regulations.

• Unopened Products: We accept returns on completely unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your skin butter melts in transit, or your hair oil bottle leaks or arrives broken, please contact us immediately at evelyn@earthy-world.com with:

• Your order number.

• Clear photographs of the damaged product and shipping box.

We will gladly ship you a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method at no extra cost.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns on unopened items.

• Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at evelyn@earthy-world.com. Do not mail items back to the return address on your shipping label without prior approval, as we cannot track or process unauthorized returns.
